I went through the book in my room talking about the hotel, and I felt compelled to copy down some parts and make my own comments. As follows. Please, keep in mind, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the place, and would stay there again next time I go to Bali. I just have a snarky streak that has been cultivated by family and friends. My comments are in bold.
Business Center
Open daily 08:00AM-17:00PM (Monday to Saturday), the Business Center provides comprehensive services for business executives.
Located on level 2 Restaurant. For more details, please refer to the Business section of this Directory. Please contact our Guest Relations fater office hours.

Computers
Our Business Center provides you with all the convenience of your own office.
(I have a problem with the use of the plural with computers, also, there are no pens there, my own office has pens)
Internet
Internet facilities are available at the Business Center. Please contact our Guest Relation Officers for rental of Internet access code.
(Problem with the plural of facilities and officers. The internet access code, as near as I can tell is telling Internet Explorer to not save any cookies or history)
Library
For your convenience and relaxation, our Business Center has a wide rance of books, magazines and reference material on business and travel.
(The only books, magazines, or reference material I have seen in the business center are the brochures for the resort itself, a magazine about Bali, and a bunch of Binders labeled A-Z, which I assume keep information about guests.)
Mini Bar
A private Mini Bar is available in your room. The room attendant will check consumption and replenish your bar on daily basis.
(My mini bar is and has remained empty)
Room Service
In-room private dining is available 11 hours a day; this is offere breakfast, lunch dinner, and a full range of snacks. Please refer to the Private Dining section of this Directory. Our Chefs are happy to prepare dishes of your choice. Please discuss your order with our Restaurant staffs,

Business Centre
Our business center proveds a wide range of service from 8:00 AM – 18:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). The Center, managed by a highly professional team, is constantly updated to ensure guest have an access to the latest business equipment, Communications and computer systems.
(Did I mention Internet Explorer 6? (and for those who don’t get that comment, IE is currently in beta for 8, IE6 came out in 2001))
Conference Room
There is a conference room, which can accommodate up to 10 people. This room is equipped with a full range of audio and visual facilities.
(If it is the place they keep sending me to when I ask for the business center, it doesn’t seem to have an overhead light, let alone a full range of audio and visual facilites. The computer was playing some pretty kickass punk music today when I was checking my email, though).
Secretarial Service
Our Business Center staff will undertakes audio dictation, copying and typing.
(Everyone I have talked to here has asked that I please excuse their English as they are just starting to be learning it. Inggris is what all of their primers are titled.)
